STRONG NOT SKINNY




Hello you guys
☆Happy Monday☆
What a gorgeous morning here in Ireland today 
The sun is out and always puts a smile on my face 

So as ye can tell by the heading 
🔝🔝🔝
This blog is about society changen there ways which I absolutely love

For such a long time every time I went onto social media or looked at a magazine all I saw where skinny girls diet, basically eating noting 
Skinny is best 
WRONG 

In the last two years I really truly belive society has changed there views on been skinny to been healthy and strong 

Most people can agree me been included going the wrong way about been slim.
Skipping meals then pigging out on absolutely crappie bad food
Haven no energy bad skin no drive 

After I had my daughter I found it so hard to loose the weight 
I never struggled with my weight so it was all new to me I was so down I started walking/running excessively barely eating enough thinking this is the right way to loose the weight
Did it work 
Honestly yes 
Did I feel absolutely crappie all the time
Yes
Did I have energy
No
Point been it was totally a bad diet or not even a diet 
I didn't respect my body or the good foods you can fuel your body with 

I no for teenagers growing up in this time must be a lot harder 
All the social media networks 
Fashion 
Makeup 
New trends 
It wasn't like that when I grew up
But I think it's great when I go onto insta snapchat Facebook twitter 
And see and hear people eating great food going gym working out 
Posting there meals
And most of the time it's 6 meals a day 
(Small meals)

I feel this has got to be the best way 
Be strong be healthy 
Have a great diet 

I wake every morning now instead of just a coffee I have my porridge and bannana and seeds 
Every morning Im looking forward to my breakfast 

I love my food I love knowing what I put into my body there are so many meal plans out there now for pancakes healthy currys you can see girls eating big meals but working out also and looking amazing 

I love seen girls posting pics of them self been underweight to been healthy and strong now 
It's a great message to all the young girls growing up
Including my little girl 
I want her to grown up to look after her body and be happy

Mussel is all in ladies 
Be strong no matter what Shape or size be a size 6 but be healthy and strong be a size  12 and be healthy and strong 

You will see the difference with skin hair and your energy 

Let's keep changen society for all the little ladies that are still young 

Let the little girls growing up now have a totally different view on there body's and hopefully when they are our age they will be a big change in society totally 
and they will truly be healthy and strong.

Now when I eat crappie food on a cheat day I no it won't last a month I get back to eating good the next day and work out 
And feel a lot better with myself 
Every one deserve a cheat day never be to strict on yourself
